For those who don't feel like doing the calculations, that's 9-16 damage, plus a very likely 3 bleed damage that same turn for 12-19 damage: better than a base damage Hellion. While somewhat weak in other builds, with a Bloody Herb it gets +20% damage, unflappable accuracy, and a high percentage Bleed effect (you can frequently bleed fish-men right through their resistances). Put this Plague Doctor in rank 3 and take Incision/Battlefield Medicine/Blinding Gas/Plague Grenade. This is an all-round flexible build that, like all Plague Doctor builds, excels at controlling the back line.but doesn't stop there. That may still seem like a small amount, but when stacked over multiple turns and combined with stuns, the end result is a lot of damage and a lot of free actions for your party that can be spent on heals or sustain as necessary. She also has great utility in long fights due to being the only character that can cure bleeds/blights on others, and possesses the strongest DoT in the game at 6 damage per turn. If you can kill both back line members before they get a move off, you'll be at a huge advantage in any fight.

This is important because the enemy back line will usually be the main cause of stress to your party, and stress is the real threat in Darkest Dungeon.
